Huffington Post argues that the election was stolen in a massive conspiracy. The likelihood of this is extremely low, and basing this view on the accuracy of bookmakers seems more than a tad tenious. Long shots
do win sometimes. And just in casual watching of elections, you can find plenty of examples of exit polls being wrong. I think it's much more likely that Bush squeaked in, fair and square.
